With six methods: the VFFS/ASEAI calculation table for hail damage repair 2025, the Zurich Z calculation table 2024, BVAT for Germany, UPEX for Belgium, a flat rate at the price you agreed, and parking dents from the company’s own price list. Parking dents expressly rest on no trade-association table – none exists for them; they are calculated from the company’s own price list, and the report says so. VFFS and ASEAI are the same basis – the German and the French name of the same association. The technician chooses the method when creating the job, depending on the insurer or the client.
Yes. For each panel you see the labour units per dent size, the mixing rule, surcharges and deductions; every line item is itemised in the PDF.
Yes, Easy PDR is a web app and runs in any current browser on phone, tablet and PC. It can be installed on the home screen like an app.
On servers in Switzerland (Basel). Photos and PDFs are only delivered after an authorisation check.
Admins see everything within their own company. Technicians only see customers assigned to them and their own jobs. In the portal, customers only see their own jobs.
Yes, by email from within the job, with the PDF attached. Each send is recorded.
One subscription per company, tiered by the number of technicians. See Pricing. Free for 14 days.
Seven: German, French, Italian, English, Dutch, Spanish and Portuguese. What counts is the language stored with the customer – a technician can use the interface in their own language and still send a report in Dutch.
Twelve months from upload, 36 months on the Pro plan. After that they are deleted automatically; job, calculation and invoice stay intact. A warning appears beforehand in the job and by email, so the PDF report with the images can be saved in time.
Yes, from the Team plan onwards: QR invoices to the Swiss QR Code standard, a combined invoice across several vehicles for the same customer, two-stage payment reminders and credit notes. Your existing number series can be carried on. Invoicing is not included in Starter.
A map and a list of the official severe-weather warnings from 37 European countries, taken from the national weather services via EUMETNET – MeteoAlarm. You pick your countries and individual regions in advance and set the level from which you want to be notified; the alert arrives by e-mail, as a push notification on your phone, or both. The map does not show the country but the warning area the weather service itself names – almost 2000 regions with real outlines. And it sits in the same app you calculate in: a warning becomes a trip, a trip becomes a job, a job becomes an invoice.
They are forecasts. The radar shows official severe-weather warnings, not confirmed measurements, and the app says so on every view. For each warning we name the weather service that issued it and the time it was issued, so you can judge for yourself where the information comes from. Anyone promising you a measured hailstone size should be able to say what they measured it with.
Team and Pro, at no extra cost, and the 14-day trial. It is not part of the Starter plan. There is no separate radar subscription and no additional invoice: if you have Team or Pro, you have the radar.
No. That is exactly the difference. Specialised alerting services sell monitoring as a product of its own with its own invoice – up to €90 a month for all of Europe, and that on top of the software you actually calculate with. With us, monitoring belongs to the subscription. You pay one invoice, sign in once and keep working in one system instead of carrying a warning from one app over into another.
