Questions about the subscription

What happens after the trial?

The trial ends automatically after 14 days. Without a subscription, access is first limited to reading, and your data is kept for 90 days.

How do I pay?

By invoice or by credit card/TWINT. Annual payment comes with two months free.

Can I change plan?

Yes, at any time – for example when more technicians are working during the hail season.

Why a subscription and not a one-off price?

Because what stands behind Easy PDR is ongoing work, not a disc. The subscription covers running the servers in Switzerland, the daily backup, the security updates – and above all the calculation tables: if a trade association changes its table, the app follows the new one without you buying a new version. Every new feature is included as soon as it exists. With a program bought once and installed on one computer, the next version is paid for again – and in the meantime you calculate with the old table. The second reason is risk: with a subscription you commit 49 francs for a month, not a four-figure sum on one decision.
